– Umama ufuna ukuya eHajj ngoba usekhulile. Kodwa i-Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı ithi ngenxa yokuminyana, ngeke bakwazi ukwamukela ababhalisi abasha iminyaka emibili.
– Uma ngiyisa umama wami omdala e-Umrah, ingabe lokho kungathatha indawo yohambo lwe-Hajj oluyisibopho?
Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,
Umrah ayikwazi ukuthatha indawo yeHajj, okuyisibopho.
Ngakho-ke, uma umuntu enesibopho sokwenza iHajj, kufanele ahambe. Uma engakwazi ukuhamba ngenxa yobudala, angathumela omunye umuntu njengommeleli wakhe.
Ngesikhathi seHajj yokuvalelisa, intombazane yasekabeni kaHas’am yaya kuMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube kuye) yathi:
“O Mthumeleli kaAllah! Umthetho kaAllah wokwenza iHajj wafika kubaba esemdala kakhulu. Akasakwazi ngisho nokuhlala phezu kwenkamela. Ngingakwazi yini ukwenza iHajj esikhundleni sakhe?”
ebuza.
Umprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye):
“Yebo! Ungenza i-Hajj egameni lomunye umuntu!”

U-Ibn Abbas uyalandisa:
Owesifazane wayezibophezele ukuyohamba iHajj, kodwa wafa ngaphambi kokuba akwazi ukuyenza. Umfowabo wesifazane waya kuMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube phezu kwakhe) wabuza ukuthi yini okufanele ayenze. UMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube phezu kwakhe) wathi:
“Uma umfowenu obhubhile ebekweleta, ubuyokhokha yini?”
” diye sordu. Adam:
“Yebo, ya Rasulullah!”
lapho kuthiwa, uMthunywa kaNkulunkulu (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube kuye):
“Ngakho-ke, khokha futhi isikweletu sakho kuNkulunkulu! Ngoba Yena ufanelwe kakhulu ukukhokhelwa.”

Akufanele ukulishalazeleli iHajj. UmMuslimu owayefanele ukwenza iHajj, uma engakwazi ukwenza leli bhekile, kufanele athumele umuntu amthembayo njengomvikelisi ukwenza iHajj esikhundleni sakhe. Ngoba ukulishalazeleli iHajj akulethi isijeziso esivela kuNkulunkulu kuphela; kodwa kuletha intukuthelo nentukuthelo kaNkulunkulu. Isijeziso saso sibonakala “njengokwanda kwezono”. 3
Umvuzo wemikhuleko eyenziweyo, isibusiso se-Kur’an esifundiweyo noma se-dhikr, kanye nenzuzo yezenzo ezinhle ezenziweyo kunganikwa omunye umuntu, futhi lowo muntu ophiweyo uyazuza ngokuphelele ngokomoya.4
Njengoba ukumela kuvunyelwe emikhulekweni eyenziwa ngqo ngempahla, njenge-zakat, umhlatshelo, kanye ne-sadaqah, ukumela kuvunyelwe futhi emkhulekweni we-hajj, owenziwa ngomzimba nangempahla.
Nokho, ukuze ukwenza i-hajj ngokumelwa kuvumeleke, kufanele ukuthi umuntu okufanele enze i-hajj akwazi ukuyenza ngokwakhe.
Ngakolunye uhlangothi,
Akukwazi umuntu okwaziyo ukwenza i-hajj ukuthumela omunye umuntu ukuba ayenzele yena.
Izizathu ezinjengokuguga kakhulu, ukugula okungapheliyo noma ukulala embhedeni, ukufa, noma ukungabi khona kwabantu abahamba nabo abafanelekayo kwabesifazane, yizizathu ezingenza umuntu ongenakho ukukwazi ukwenza umsebenzi weHajj ngokwakhe. Kulesi simo, umuntu ongenakho ukukwazi ukwenza umsebenzi weHajj kufanele athumele omunye umuntu amthembayo ukuba ammelele.
Umuntu ozoya eHajj njengommeleli kufanele afanelekele ukwenza iHajj futhi abe ngumuntu omthumileyo.
Umuntu owayenza umsebenzi wokuhamba iHajj kufanele enze ngenhloso.
Umuntu ophethe isibopho kanye nommeleli kufanele kube ngamaSulumane, abantu abahlakaniphile nabadala ngokwanele, futhi abakwazi ukuqonda nokwenza izinto ezihlobene neHajj.
Labo kufanele ukuthi labo abashona bengakenzanga i-Hajj, nakuba kwakuyisibopho kubo, okungenani babeke isiyalo sokuthi i-Hajj yenziwe egameni labo ngumuntu obathatha njengommeleli.
Kulesi simo, abalandeli kufanele bahambe baye eHajj ngomnikelo wesithathu sefa labo, noma bathumele umuntu othembekileyo. Noma ngabe akazange ashiye isiyalo, uma abalandeli bakhe behamba baye eHajj noma bathumele umuntu ukuba ahambe eHajj egameni lakhe, isibopho seHajj siyakhokhelwa. Ngokwe-Sharia, abalandeli bakhe banesibopho sokwenza leli fardhu egameni lakhe.
