Noma ngubani obaphoqa, makazi ukuthi ngemuva kokubaphoqa, uNkulunkulu…

Lokhu kuyisivumelwano esenziwa phakathi kwesigqila noma isigqilakazi nenkosi yaso, lapho isigqila noma isigqilakazi sicela inkosi yaso ukuba imnike inkululeko uma esekhokhele inani elithile, noma inkosi yaso imnike isigqila noma isigqilakazi lesi siphakamiso. Uma leli nani okukuvunyelwene ngalo likhona, isigqila sikhokha lona ngokushesha, uma kungenjalo, sithola inkululeko yaso ngemva kokuba sesilitholile ngesikhathi esinikezwe yinkosi yaso.

Lesi sibopho singesinye sezinyathelo eziningi ezathathwa yi-Islam ukuqeda isikhungo sobugqila, esasebenza amakhulu eminyaka futhi esingenakususwa ngokuphazima kweso.

Nakuba imigomo yesivumelwano sokukhululwa kwesigqila ngokuvamile ibekwa ngaphansi kwezimiso ezilawula izivumelwano zokushintshisana, kubonakala ukuthi kukhona nemigomo ekhethekile eyenzelwe ukusiza isigqila ukuba sithole inkululeko yaso ngokushesha nangokulula.
