– Njengoba kwafika ivesi elithi “Ubuphakeme busekuqiniseni”, ingabe ukuzibona kukaZeynep bint Jahsh njengomuntu ophakeme kunoZayd ibn Haritha ngoba nje eyinzalo yomndeni othile akusikho ukuzidla?

– Akekho yini omyalile ngalokhu kuziphatha kwakhe?

– Lokhu kungidida kakhulu. Abangane bakhe bathi wayengumuntu okhonza kakhulu, futhi kunjalo. Ukhonza kakhulu, kodwa abafundisi abasitshela ngabo abanalo uzikhukhumezi. Kuthiwa noma ubani onozikhukhumezi ngisho kancane enhliziyweni yakhe ngeke angene ezulwini.

– Ngakho-ke, sizokuzwa kanjani ukuthi akufanele sizikhukhumeze? Kuthiwa: “UNkulunkulu akabathandi abazikhukhumezayo.”…

a) Asitholanga hadith eyathileyo yokuthi uZaynab (uNkulunkulu amthokozise) wazikhukhumeza.


b)

Okokuqala, kufanele sisho ukuthi kungenzeka ukuthi uZaynabh akazange afune ukushada noZayd ngenxa yezizathu eziningi. Ngokwesibonelo, kungenzeka ukuthi akazange amthande ngoba wayengemuhle.


Akukho lutho eKoran olusho ukuthi uZaynab akazange afune ukushada noZayd ngoba wayezikhukhumeza.

“Uma uNkulunkulu noMprofethi wakhe beqeda ukwahlulela ngendaba ethile, akukho muntu wesilisa noma wesifazane okholwayo onelungelo lokuzikhethela ngendaba yakhe. Noma ngubani ohlubuka kuNkulunkulu nakuMprofethi wakhe, ngokuqinisekile uyaphambuka.”

Nakhu okushiwo yizincwadi zokuchaza i-Quran mayelana nencazelo yale ndima:

Isizathu sokwehla kwale ndima yile: Ngesikhathi uMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube kuye) efuna ukushadisa uZaynab noZayd, yena nomfowabo abavumanga. Yena wayefuna ukushada noMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube kuye). Kodwa ngemuva kokwehla kwale ndima, bavuma.

Kulandiswa ukuthi uMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube kuye) waya kuZayd ukuyomcela uZaynab. UZaynab,



“Ngeke ngishade naye.”



kusho. UMprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye) yena wathi:

“Cha, shada naye!”

Wathi. UZeyneb:

“Ngisho nendaba yami ekhethekile nayo ingaphansi kwemiyalo yakho?”

Wathi. Ngakho-ke kwavela leli vesi elingenhla, naye wathi uyavuma.

Enye indaba evela ku-Ibn Abbas, uZaynab (ngokuthula kwakhe):

“Mina ngiphakeme kunaye.”

kuye kwabikwa ukuthi wathi.

Ukuzidla okuzwakala isikhashana bese kuyekelwa ngokushesha akuyona into okufanele ikhathaze kakhulu.

-ngoba impendulo isheshe yafika-

noma isono esisodwa esingase sibhalwe phansi.

Kwezinye izincwadi, ukuziphatha kukaZaynab ngendlela eziphakamisayo kubhekwa njengesizathu sesehlukaniso sikaZayd. Lolu daba alukho kuma-hadith aqinisekisiwe, futhi alubhalwanga ngokusobala nasevesini.

Wawuthi. Wawufihla okuthile uNkulunkulu ayeyokwembula, futhi wawusaba abantu. Kodwa uNkulunkulu wayefanele ukwesatshwa kakhulu. Lapho uZayd eseqedile ukwenza intando yakhe ngomkakhe…

Siyamshada naye ukuze, lapho befeza izifiso zabo ngokuphathelene nabashade nabo,

“Kufanele kungabikho bunzima kubakholwayo ngokuphathelene nokushada nabalingani babantwana babo abatholwa njengabantwana babo. Umthetho kaNkulunkulu uqinisekile ukuthi uyasebenza.”

“Ngempela uAllah nguMhle, futhi uyakuthanda ubuhle.”

Lokhu kuyindaba ekhona. EbuSulumeni/emithonjeni yezomthetho wamaSulumane, lolu daba luyachazwa ngemininingwane. Lolu hlobo lokulingana, ngaphezu kwakho konke, lubheka ubunye benkolo, kodwa umshado, njengoba ukhuluma ngesimo sokuphila kwangemva kokufa, awubheki ukuzinikela kwangemva kokufa, kodwa ubheka izimo zokuphila kulo mhlaba. Lokhu kwenzeka ngokwezinkambiso namasiko ezifunda.

Kwezinye izindawo, izigaba ezahlukene zempilo yomphakathi azibhekwa. Kodwa kwezinye izindawo, lokhu kubhekwa njengendlela ebalulekile. Kulezo zindawo, ukunaka lezi zindlela ukuze umshado uqhubeke ngenjabulo – nakuba kungesona isimo esidingekayo sempumelelo yomshado – kubhekwa njengento ebalulekile, noma okungenani njengento eyisunnah neyisihle, ngokusho kweningi labafundi.
