Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,
Kungcono ukunikeza ivesi elishiwo embuzweni kanye nencazelo yelvesi elandulelayo:
“Ukube besifuna, ngabe sathumela umthumeli wesixwayiso kuyo yonke imiphakathi eyayihlala khona. Ngakho-ke, ungabe usazithoba kubantu abangakholwa, qhubeka nokulwa nabo ngamandla akho onke ngale Qur’an.”
(Al-Furqan, 25/51-52)
Njengoba kubonakala emlandweni ka-Israyeli, ngesikhathi esifanayo ezikhathini zasendulo.

Kwakuvamile ukuba abaprofethi bathunyelwe emadolobheni amaningana, emiphakathini eminingi emincane ngamunye.
Le ndima ikhombisa ukuthi kusukela esikhathini sikaMprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye), izimo ezazidinga lokhu ziyaqala ukunyamalala; ikhombisa ukuthi wathunyelwa njengomprofethi oyedwa wokugcina kuzo zonke izikhathi, kokubili esikhathini sakhe nasezikhathini ezalandela, futhi uyalelwa ukuba aqhubeke nomzabalazo wakhe ngokumelene nabangakholwa ngaphandle kokuzithoba kubo, ngamandla akhe onke, ngaleyo ndlela afeze umsebenzi wakhe wobuprofethi ngaphandle kwemingcele yezwe noma yezizwe.
Ngamanye amazwi
-ngokwesibonakaliso se-ayat-
Isizathu esiyinhloko sokuthunywa kukaMprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye) njengomprofethi wokugcina nowayewukuphela kwakhe ngesikhathi sakhe, ukuthi isintu sase sifinyelele enkathini yolwazi olubhaliwe nokuxhumana; izimo ezidingekayo zokuba izimpucuko zibe nobukhulu bomhlaba wonke zase zibonakele. Ngempela, ngalokhu, umyalezo kaMprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye) wamaSulumane,
-njengoba kubonakala esibonelweni sakhe sokubhalela abaholi bamazwe angomakhelwane izincwadi zokubamema ebuSulumeni-
ngisho nangaleso sikhathi, ngenxa yemizamo yabo siqu, ubuSulumane base buqale ukudlula imingcele yase-Arabia, futhi ngaphambi kokuba ubuSulumane buhlanganise ikhulu lokuqala lweminyaka, base buse bube yinkolo yamazwe ngamazwe; umthombo ongcwele wobuSulumane, i-Qur’an, nayo isalokhu ilondoloze isimo sayo sokuqala ngokuphelele.
Evesini engcwele ikhuluma ngomzabalazo nge-Quran.
“i-jihad enkulu”
Ukuthi lokhu kushiwo ngale ndlela kubonisa ukuthi iKoran ibaluleka kangakanani isihloko solwazi kanye nokulwa. Ukusho iqiniso ngaphandle kokwesaba noma ukuzithoba, ngisho nasezikhathini eziyingozi kakhulu, nako kuyindlela yokulwa. Ngempela, uMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube phezu kwakhe) wathi:
“Ukuphumela obala iqiniso nobulungiswa phambi kombusi ononya kuyi-jihad enkulu.”

Ngakolunye uhlangothi,
Uma kwakuthunyelwa umprofethi emzaneni ngamunye, impi eyayizokwenziwa yibo bonke labo baphrofethi, ngokuqinisekile, yayiyoba yimpi enkulu. Njengoba le sura ingeyaseMecca, lo myalo wempi enkulu, owawungakakhishwa ngaphambi kokuba kukhishwe umyalo wokubulala, ngokuqinisekile, uyimpi enkulu kunazo zonke. Kufanele sicabange ukuthi lo myalo mkhulu kangakanani. Ngaleso sikhathi lapho uMprofethi (ukuthula kube kuye) wayengenaso isikhali ngaphandle kweQur’an, leyo mhlahlo yezwi likaNkulunkulu (iQur’an) yayanele ukwenza leyo mpi enkulu, futhi le mpi eyayiqala eMecca yaze yafika emhlabeni wonke.
Ngakho-ke, kuyadingeka ukulwa nabo ngokusebenzisa izibonakaliso, ubufakazi, imiyalo yokuxwayisa, nezeluleko eziseQur’an, kanye nokuqonda izindaba ezilandiswa mayelana nezizwe ezaphika abaprofethi. Ingxenye yokugcina yale ndima ithi…
“i-jihad enkulu”
Lokhu kusho ukuthi uMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube kuye) wayenomsebenzi. Ukumema bonke abantu ebunyeni bukaAllah ngendlela ebekiwe kuyi-jihad enkulu. Ukwazisa kwalo, ngokuya ngobukhulu nangezinga, nguAllah kuphela okwaziyo. Ivesi lisho ngokusobala ukuthi:
UMprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye) njengomprofethi wokugcina owathunyelwa kubo bonke abantu, wabonisa ukuthi i-jihad engcono kakhulu nengaphumelela kakhulu iyilokho okwenziwa ngokulwa nokungakholwa, ubuhlongandlebe, ukuziphatha kabi, nokuziphatha okubi, ngaleyo ndlela u-Islam, njengenkolo yokugcina, uqukethe umoya, amandla, namandla okuzolwa nazo zonke izinkolo ezingamanga kuze kube usuku lokugcina. Kodwa kufanele kukhunjulwe ukuthi le jihad kufanele ibe yisayensi kakhulu futhi ibe nendlela. Kuyacaca ukuthi amandla angenalwazi ngeke akwazi ukuxazulula lutho. Ngakho-ke, kuyisibopho ukuzama ukushumayela inkolo, eyethulwe ukuze kuzuze isintu, ngendlela enesizotha, enokuziphatha, enokubekezela, enobuhle, enokuziphatha okuhle, nangesilinganiso sesayensi. Izikhathi zaseMecca naseMedina zinikeza amaMuslim isilinganiso nendlela eqinile kakhulu kulokhu.
I-Qur’an, ngesikhathi ikhipha umyalo we-jihad ngevesi elihambisanayo, ikhuthaza amakholwa ngaleqiniso elilandelayo:
“Akukho ukuthobela phambi kobuqaba, akukho ukulandela umqaba nokumthobela. Kukhona i-jihad, ekhula ngothando nentokozo evela ekholweni olunzulu, olwazini oluqinile, engqondweni ehlanzekile, nasekucabangeni okukhanyayo – ngokuya ngezimo nezindlela zosuku.”
Ngakho-ke, kufanele kwenziwe umzamo omkhulu ngamandla onke ngokulwa nabo nge-Qur’an, leyo yincwadi ehlukanisayo. Lona umyalo kuMprofethi wethu (ukuthula kube phezu kwakhe), kanye naku-ummah wakhe. Lomyalo uyingxenye yemisebenzi yabo abaphethe umthwalo.
