Ngikwazisene nomthengi wami ngentengo nangesikhathi sokukhokha ngempahla engizomthengisela yona. Umthengi wami wayithatha impahla, kodwa isheke alilethe lona lalinomhlaka oqhubekela phambili ngamalanga ayishumi kunomhlaka wokukhokha, okwakungu 30/11/2006. Umthengi wami uthi “uma kukhona ukuxoxisana okwenziwayo bese kuvela intengo yesibili, ukuhweba kwethu kuyoba yiharamu”. Uma ngabe isikhathi sokukhokha sidlule ngisho ngosuku olulodwa, ingabe kuyafaneleka futhi kuvumelekile yini ukuthi siphule isivumelwano sentengo esisenzile?
Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,
Umuntu othengisa impahla,
angakwazi ukukhokhisa umthengi umehluko wentengo ngenxa yokwehla kwamandla emali.
Noma ingahlehliswa ngemvume yomunye nomunye wabathintekayo.
Isivumelwano singabhidlizwa ngesivumelwano esivunyelwanayo. Kodwa uma omunye wabathintekayo engavumi, isivumelwano ngeke sibhidlizwe.
Njengoba isivumelwano siphothulwe ngokuvumelana, umkhandlu uyachithwa, ngakho-ke umkhandlu omusha kanye nesivumelwano esisha kungaphothulwa ngokuxoxisana.
NgokukaHanafi,
Ukuqedwa kwesivumelwano kusho ukuthi umkhandlu uyahlehliswa.
NgokukaShafi’i,
labo abenze isivumelwano kumele bahlukane baphindele emakhaya.
Umprofethi uMuhammad (ukuthula kube kuye) wathi:
“Noma ngubani owamukela isicelo salowo ozisola ngesithenjwa sakhe, uNkulunkulu uyomkhulula ekuhluphekeni ngosuku lokwahlulela.”

“Noma ngubani owamukela isicelo somuntu olandela inkolo yamaSulumane sokuhoxisa ukuthenga, uNkulunkulu uyomkhulula ekuhluphekeni kwakhe.”
