Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,
Ngokuphathelene nokuthi ukushaya indlwabu, okungenye yezindlela zokwanelisa izinkanuko zobulili, kwenqatshelwe kakhulu:
“O oganisa umshado ngesandla sakhe uqalekisiwe”,
“Kukhona abantu abayisikhombisa uNkulunkulu angeke abheke ebusweni babo ngosuku lweqiyamat. Angeke abahlambulule (ezonweni zabo), angeke abahlanganise nabantu abenza izenzo ezinhle. Uzonikela ngabo eNhlalweni njengabokuqala ukungena. Kodwa labo abaphendukayo bayakhululwa (…) Laba ngabantu abashada ngesandla, abenza izenzo zabantu bakwaLut (abathandana nabantu abafanayo), abathanda utshwala,…”
Nakuba kukhona ezinye izithombe ezalandiswa, kodwa ngenxa yokuthi zibuthakathaka, azisetshenziswanga zodwa.
U-Imam Shafi’i nabalandeli bakhethi bakholelwa ukuthi ukuzithoba ngesondo kuyisono, abazange basekele isinqumo sabo kulezi hadith, kodwa basekele kulezi zindima ezimbili ezishiwo ngaphambili, izindima 5-7 ze-Surah Al-Mu’minun. Ngokufanayo, abanye abalandeli baka-Malik nabo abakholelwa ukuthi ukuzithoba ngesondo kuyisono, basekele isinqumo sabo kulezi zindima ezishiwo ngaphambili:
“…labo abangakwazi ukushada mabazile ukudla”
bathi, bephakamisa isehlakalo esithile esiyalelayo, bathi:
“Lapha, uMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube kuye) wayeluleka labo abangenamandla okushada ukuba bazile. Ukube ukuzithokozisa kwakuvunyelwe, kwakuzoba lula ukukweluleka…”
bashilo.
Ngokuka-Ibn Jurayj, u-Ata naye wayekholelwa ukuthi ukuzithokozisa ngobulili kuyinto eyenyiwe, kanti u-Sa’id ibn Jubayr naye wathi:
“U-Allah wathumela isijeziso esizweni esenza isenzo sokuzithokozisa ngokocansi.”
Usho kanjalo. U-Ibn Umar naye ungomunye walabo abakholelwa ukuthi akukho okungalungile ngakho.
Ngakolunye uhlangothi, kukhona izindaba ezithile ezivela ku-Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, Amr ibn Dinar, noJabir ibn Zayd ezikhuluma ngokuphathelene nokuvunyelwa kwalo. Nokho, lokhu kuvunyelwa kusekelwe ekukhetheni okubi okuncane phakathi kwezinto ezimbili ezimbi. Ngokwesibonelo, u-Ibn Abbas, lapho ebuzwa ngalokhu, wathi: “Ukuthintana nentombazana yomsebenzi kuyinto encane kunokuzithoba, kanti ukuzithoba kuyinto encane kunobufebe.” AmaHanbali kanye namaHanafi athile, abavumelana nalo mbono, nabo bavumele lokhu ngaphansi kwezimo ezithile.
UShürünbülâlî, omunye wezazi zamaHanafi:
“Kuvunyelwa ukuzithoba ngesifiso sakhe umuntu ongashadile (ngoba esaba ukuthi uzokwenza ubufebe, ubulili obungajwayelekile, njll.) ukuze azithobe. Ngokwenza lokhu, akatholi mivuzo noma izono, kodwa uyazisindisa. Kodwa uma ekwenza ukuze athole injabulo, uyona.”
U-Tahtâvî, umhlaziyi we-Shürünbülâlî, ngemuva kokucacisa ukuthi ukuthintana nomfazi akukaze kuvunyelwe kumuntu oshadile, ngisho noma isikhathi sokungathintani naye sikhulisiwe ngenxa yezizathu ezinjengohambo noma ukuya esikhathini,
“Ukuvunyelwa kwesizungu kusho ukukhetha okubi kancane phakathi kwezinto ezimbili eziharamu.”
Uye aqophe ezinye zezindaba ezishiwo ngenhla mayelana nokuzonda nokwenqabela. Kodwa-ke, ekucaphuneni kuka-Ibn Abidin ku-Mi’raj al-Diraya, kuyaqondakala ukuthi kukhona abavuma ukuthi ukuzithokozisa (uma izimo zivuma) kuvumelekile nakwabashadile.
