Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,
Halal,
Kusho into evunyelwe ngokwenkolo, okungavunyelwe ukuyenza noma ukuyidla. Ukuthi uAllah noMprofethi wakhe (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube phezu kwakhe) babonise ukuthi into ethile ivunyelwe noma ukuthi akukho sono ekuyenzani, kubonisa ukuthi leyo nto ivunyelwe. Ngokufanayo, ukungabikho kobufakazi bokuthi into ethile ivinjelwe kubonisa ukuthi ivunyelwe. Ngoba isisekelo ezintweni ukuthi zivunyelwe. Ngakho-ke, into ethile ivunyelwe, isemthethweni, ngaphandle kokuba iphambene nomthetho, isivimbelo, noma isimiso esicacile senkolo.
Haram,
Ngokwencazelo yenkolo, isenzo esenqatshelwe ngokuqinile nangokucacile nguNkulunkulu noMprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kube phezu kwakhe) ngendlela eqinile neyisibopho, ngobufakazi obuqinisekile. Uma ukwenqatshelwa kucacile futhi kuqinisekile ngendlela nangebufakazi obuqinile, khona-ke kuyi-haram; uma kungenjalo, ngendlela ekhululekile noma ngobufakazi obubuthaka, khona-ke kuyi-makruh.
UNkulunkulu uSomandla wenze kwaba halal izinto ezinhle, ezihlanzekile nezizuzisa impilo yomuntu; wenza kwaba haram izinto ezimbi, ezingcolile nezilimazayo. Igunya lokwenza into ibe haram ngelikaNkulunkulu kuphela. E Qur’an;
“Yithi: Ngubani owenze kwaba yisono ukuhlobisa nokudla okuhlanzekile uNkulunkulu akudalela izinceku zakhe? Yithi: Lokho kwabakholwayo kulempilo yomhlaba, ikakhulu ngosuku lokuvuka. Ngakho-ke siyazichaza izimpawu zethu kubantu abanolwazi.”
(Al-A’raf, 7:36)
Kuyalelwe njalo. Umprofethi naye, ngokusekelwe eQur’an nasekwazisweni akuthola kuAllah ngaphandle kweQur’an, wenza ezinye izinto zaba haram. Kodwa lokhu nako, njengoba akwenza ngaphansi kokulawula kukaAllah, kubhekwa njengokwenziwa haram nguAllah. Ngakho-ke, ukuthi into eyenziwe halal nguAllah ibe haram, noma into eyenziwe haram nguAllah ibe halal, kuyizono.
Kufanele kugwenywe izinto eziharamu kanye nezindlela eziholela kuzo, njengoba kunconywa ukuba kude nazo zonke izinto ezisolisayo nezimali ezitholwe ngendlela engabazisayo. Umprofethi (ukuthula nokubusiswa kukaAllah kube phezu kwakhe) uthe:
“Okwenqileyo kucacile, okuhalaliweyo kucacile. Phakathi kwakho kukhona izinto ezisolisayo. Noma ngubani oqaphela izinto ezisolisayo, uyobe eselondoloze inkolo yakhe.”

Inhloso enhle, izindlela ezingaqondile kanye nezindlela zokufinyelela kokuharam, akukwenzi okuharam kube halal.
Kodwa uma kunesidingo, izinto eziharamu ziyavunyelwa.
E Qur’an’da,
“Yithi: Ngokwalokho okwembulelwe kimi, angitholi lutho oluhlanekileyo oluvunyelwe ukudliwa, ngaphandle kwesidumbu, noma igazi elichithekileyo, noma inyama yengulube—ngoba yona iyisihlamba—noma isilwane esihlatshwe ngaphandle kwegama likaNkulunkulu, ngoba lokho kuyisono. Kepha lowo ophoqeleka ukudla lokho, ngaphandle kokulimaza omunye noma ukweqa umkhawulo, ngempela uNkulunkulu wakho nguMthetheleli, nguMninimusa.”

Ukuhlanganisa uNkulunkulu nabanye onkulunkulu,
Ukuthuka nokuhlubuka kusezintweni eziharamu kakhulu, futhi kuyizono ezinkulu kakhulu. U-Allah akazitholi izono ezinjalo ngaphandle kokuba umuntu aphenduke. Ukubulala umuntu nako kuyizono ezinkulu. I-Quran ithi ukubulala umuntu ngaphandle kwesizathu kufana nokubulala bonke abantu. Njengoba ukubulala umuntu kuyiharamu, ukuthatha impahla yakhe ngendlela engafanele nako kuyiharamu. I-Quran ithi:
“O ninawo ninawo! Ngaphandle kokuba kube yizohwebo ezisekelwe ekwamukelaneni, ningadli izimpahla zenu phakathi kwenu ngezindlela ezingalungile (ezingenabulungiswa neziharamu)…”
Ningadli. Futhi ningazibulali. Ngempela uNkulunkulu uyakuniqaphela.”

Enkolweni yamaSulumane, njengoba ukuziphatha okubi kungavunyelwe, kanjalo namazwi, izenzo, kanye nezenzo ezibangela ukuziphatha okubi nazo azivunyelwe. E Qur’an,
“Ningasondeli ekuzinzeni; ngoba yindlela embi kakhulu futhi enyanyekayo.”
(Isrā, 17/32)
Kuyalelwa. Ukuthatha inzalo, ukuzenzisa ngemali, nokudla impahla yomunye ngendlela engeyona yeqiniso kuyenqatshelwe. Kukho kwiKoran.
“U-Allah u-halalise ukuhweba, wenza ukuzala kwemali (inzalo) kwaba haram.”
Kuyalelwa ukuthi ukubhula noma ukubhuza, njengokudakwa utshwala, kuyizinto ezingavunyelwe, njengokugembula, ukuthola inzuzo ngokugembula, ukudlala ilotho, i-sport-toto, i-lotto, ukubheja ngokuhlanganyela, njll. Kuyizinto ezingavunyelwe futhi utshwala nezinye izidakamizwa, ezinezingozi eziningi ezingokwenyama nezingokomoya kumuntu ngamunye, emndenini nasezweni.
Ngaphezu kwalokhu, ukushiya imisebenzi eyisibopho njengokuthandaza, ukuzila ukudla, ukwenza iHajj, ukunikela ngeZakat; ukungalaleli abazali, ukweba, ukuqamba amanga, ukufakaza amanga, ukunyundela, ukucindezela, ukukhaphela ithemba, ukwamukela noma ukunikeza umbribe, ukukhohlisa ekulinganiseni nasekukaleni, ukuchitha imali, ukuhleba, ukufaka izindaba, ukudla impahla yezintandane ngokungafanele, konke lokhu kuyizono.
Ezinqumweni zamaSulumane, indaba ngayinye inendawo yayo kanye nenani layo. Ngakho-ke, ngaphandle kwesimo esiphuthumayo, akukho okuyisibopho okushiywayo futhi akukho okuyisono okwenziwayo. Nokho, ezimweni eziphuthumayo, lokhu kungavunyelwa. Ukuthi yini, nini, kanye kanjani okuyisimo esiphuthumayo, kuncike ezimweni ezithile.
