Uma kukhona umuntu oshonile emndenini, ngokuvamile uyangcwatshwa ethuneni elifanayo, ikakhulukazi uma kusemathuneni omndeni. Ngubani ongase angcwatshwe ethuneni likabani, kudingeka kudlule isikhathi esingakanani, futhi abashade bangangcwatshwa ethuneni elifanayo?

Mthandiwe, mzalwane wethu,


Ukufaka abantu abangaphezu koyedwa ethuneni elilodwa kuyinto eyanukile.

Nokho, ezimweni ezinjengobhadane, impi, ukuzamazama komhlaba, noma izikhukhula, lapho inani labantu abafayo liphezulu kakhulu futhi kuba nzima ukulungiselela ithuna ngalinye, akukho okubi ngokungcwaba abantu ababili noma abathathu ethuneni elilodwa.

Uma kwenziwa ukungcwaba okuxubile, khona-ke indoda ibekwa kuqala, ubuso bayo bubheke e-qibla, bese kulandela umfana, bese kulandela owesifazane. Kufakwa inhlabathi phakathi kwabo ukuze kube khona isikhala.(1)


Uma kwenzeka ukuthi kukhona amadoda ambalwa abekwa ethuneni elilodwa, lowo owaziwa kakhulu ngokuzithoba ngokwenkolo uyabhekwa kuqala.

Uma zilingana, omuhle kunabo bonke uqala ukungcwatshwa. (2) Uma kukhona abesifazane abaningana, nabo bangcwatshwa ngokwezilinganiso ezifanayo.


Lapho Umuntu Efile Ebolile Emathuneni, Eba Yinhlabathi:

Kulesi simo, kuvunyelwe ukungcwaba omunye umuntu kulelo thuna. Uma amathambo esekhona, ayahlanganiswa abekwe eceleni, bese kubekwa inhlabathi phakathi ukuze kube khona isikhala. Ukuthi umufi ubolile yini noma cha, kuyabonakala ngesimo senhlabathi. Kungenzeka futhi ukuthi kutholakale ngolwazi olutholwe ngamava. (3)
